How to change my shipping address?
No problem if the order address is incorrect, it happens. Just contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the proper shipping address. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it right away and send you a confirmation. If it has already shipped, we’ll help you with the next best options to get it to the right place.
How long until my order arrives?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. After your order ships, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your package is on the way so you can follow it every step of the journey.
How can I confirm my order?
As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and receipt. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder just in case. Still can’t find it? Reach out to us and we’ll be happy to resend it.
How can I return an order?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, message us through our contact form with your order number, the item you’d like to return, and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with the next steps.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future, so stay tuned.
